Our Mission

Honor. Support. Educate.

Every day, men and women in law enforcement across this country leave their homes and families to answer the call of service to a greater mission. Tragically, this call to service can require a heavy sacrifice. This sacrifice is not only made up by the dangers that come with violent situations, but the cumulative stress from the burden of the badge.

We want to make sure that their sacrifice does not go unnoticed and that they have the support they need.

The mission of End of Watch Foundation rests on three main pillars:

Honor - Honoring the Fallen

Support - Supporting those injured in the line of duty and those still on watch

Educate - Education & Awareness

Everything we do here at the End of Watch Foundation carries meaning. It’s woven through our culture that nothing is done arbitrarily, but rather our actions represent a deeper meaning. Our flagship event, the End of Watch Memorial Ruck is a prime example of meaningful action.

From the weight carried to the miles rucked, and the teamwork required to complete the mission, high levels of attention to detail are applied to all aspects of the event. This ensures that our participants walk away with a deeper understanding of the sacrifices paid by our LEO’s, the struggles they face, and core values necessary to excel on teams and as a leader when they return to their daily life.

Here at End of Watch Foundation, we work diligently to build on the pillars of Honor, Support, and Education. We Honor the fallen through meaningful action and remembrance of their service. We Support the families who have lost a loved one in the line of duty and help support those still on watch when in times of need. We work to bring Education and Awareness to the public of the lesser known aspects of law enforcement, the struggles that our LEO’s face, and how to address those issues.

We accomplish this mission by partnering with other organizations that provide support for first responders and by providing direct assistance.
